Generally on WDJ we prefer not to write specifically about any particular jQuery Plug-in but rather are keen on providing our users with a list of jQuery Plugins on the whole however there are a few cases where in some great jQuery Plug-ins need to be discussed as they stand out of the ordinary jQuery Plugins and one such plug-in that is being discussed in this post is Least.js. This plug-in is developed based on HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery and is used for random and responsive image gallery. This plug-in works well with all kinds of device classes and is just ideal for ay device because it is based on the latest standards.
Least.js allows you to easily implement image gallery that will arise just similar to a list. So the images in the gallery will be considered as a list of elements that again in turn contain various lists of elements for the label within the hover overlays.

In case of Least.js the images will be displayed in the form of an unordered list wherein the order of the images will be randomized on each load. Just like all other image galleries the initial thumbnails will be displayed in the gallery overview. Just simply by clicking on the image you can actually access the original picture file.
When using this plug-in any image that you click will not load the bigger version in a modal but rather by sliding other elements down & the big version will move to the top something similar to Google Image Search. This plug-in just works fine with responsive layouts by making the best use of HTML5 CSS3 features. The installation and usage of this plug-in is quite easy and definitely the end results are simply mind blowing.
